    傳接球練習時，多情問投手群，比賽中遇到的決定性時刻是什麼時候？藉著這個提問，他要投手群把固定式的投球方式練成「你最舒適的投球方式」，練到跟揮臂式一樣。







    訓練營的投手教練今年是美國職棒匹茲堡海盜隊的秋季聯盟總教練，過去球員時代曾經來台灣打球，效力時報鷹，當年名叫多情（Dave Turgeon）。





  • 練完固定式投球，接著兩人一組輪流當捕手，每人輕鬆練投10球，王建民這時候也蹲下來，面對青棒投手林暉盛。林暉盛投球的時候，一旁的教練、球員都在看，他臉上的表情也略顯嚴肅，戰戰兢兢。1051206
